Outsourcing in Collections Conference 2024

Outsourcing in Collections Conference 2024

Adapting to a changing world

AI is revolutionising the Credit and Collections industry, and Intrum is at the forefront of this change. By harnessing the power of AI, we can streamline processes, improve customer engagement, and achieve positive outcomes for everyone involved in line with our strong ethical best practices and regulatory requirements.

Our third annual conference will focus on the shifting landscape of AI and tech innovation - “AI’s Place in a Human World”. We will facilitate debate and discussion around the most important and controversial topics of future innovation in collections.

The conference will demonstrate thought leadership from Intrum surrounding different aspects of technology in outsourced collections, as well as providing an opportunity to share best practice, network with peers and gain insight into the experiences and learnings of others.

The agenda has been carefully designed to incorporate a range of speakers. They will explore thought-provoking ideologies around technology and its place in outsourcing through the lens of the lender, the consumer, the regulator and the workforce.
