Intrum will never ask you to share personal information, such as passwords, payment details, or verification codes, over the phone, via email, or SMS. If you receive such a request, do not respond. To protect yourself against the scams, log in to My pages, where you can see if you have a case with us and make secure payments.

Get an overview of your account

By logging into the self-service portal you will have an overview of your account. You can use the income and expenditure tool to see how much you can afford to repay based on your income and outgoings.

You can set up monthly arrangements based on your income and expenditure or make one-off payments. Alternatively, you can speak to one of our customer service representatives.
